Job Duties:
- Prepare and submit detailed payment applications (interim valuations) to the client to ensure positive cash flow.
- Manage project costs from tender award through to final account, maximizing profitability.
- Procure, negotiate with, and manage subcontractor packages, including certifying their payments.
- Identify, price, and negotiate variation orders and claims for additional work.
- Monitor site progress and costs against budget, providing timely financial reports to project managers.
- Prepare and agree upon the final account with the client to formally conclude all financial matters.
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in QS field in contractor firm
- Chartership with MRICS / MHKIS / RPS will be highly recommended
